Help me get urgent medical care!

Hey guys! I'm just a regular and very sarcastic guy who enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and arguing with people on the internet about pointless things. Think goth meets hipster with a nerd edge. Also, I like dogs. I work as a server for a diner and I volunteer my time as a staff member for my local anime convention.
That being said, I have had a few major things happen in my life that caused things to become difficult.
Warning! This is about to get a bit gross. I apologize.
Two years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease. This is a chronic and incurable autoimmune and gastrointestinal disease with a variety of glamorous symptoms such as pain, internal bleeding, weight loss, depression, and bloodily diarrhea , among other things. If left untreated it can potentially cause organ fissures, anal tearing, and even colorectal cancer. In addition, I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder when I was thirteen that caused these symptoms and my ability to cope with them to get worse.
About two months ago I noticed I had a vast change in my stool. They began to be flat, bloodier, and darker than normal, and otherwise just gross. These are symptoms of an obstruction in my colon. However, I have no insurance and working as a waiter at the graveyard shift makes paying for this procedure very difficult. Due to other issues in my family, I'm afraid I can't get any help from them.
That's where you guys come in!
I need to have a colonoscopy as soon as possible but I have difficulty paying rent and utilities for my apartment as is. In addition, I have several damaged teeth that are in dire need of repair and have caused additional pain and stress and anxiety in my life that need treatment. The first $1000 will go towards my colonoscopy and related procedures. The second $1000 will be to fix my teeth and take care of living expenses.
With your help I could be able to pay for the medical and dental procedures I need without going into further debt as well as help keep myself financially afloat in the meantime.
I realize I'm asking for a lot but as of right now it is literally impossible for to pay for these things on my own.
Any help at all you guys could provide would be very much appreciated, even if it's just encouragement and support. Thank you guys very much.
