Help Allied fight cancer

My name is Kevin Lim, some of you know me as TheCajunAsian.
As many of you are aware of, Allied (David Hance) just found out he has cancer on April 12, 2016. He has been in the Smite pro scene since the beginning to becoming a caster recently but fell ill and found out during his last hospital visit.
Good news everyone! Allied managed to get some health insurance, however it wont be able to cover everything. hospital bills will be very hefty when it comes to things such as CT scans, surgeries, appointments, therapy, etc. so I want to try to give him the aid that he needs. I do not know the numbers for how much hospital bills will be without insurance, whether it is $1 or $5, every penny would be helpful and greatly appreciated.
The goal for how much is UNKNOWN. I simply put an average amount from what I saw from similar projects. Will update when we get more information.
Without a doubt, there will be others trying to help raise money for this cause, whether it be a streamer or friends/family of Allied. We as a whole thank you for taking the time to read this and keeping Allied's health in your prayers.
