Free Kevin Epps

Award winning filmmaker and prominent community activist, Kevin Epps, was recently arrested for an incident that took place 2 1/2 years ago where he defended himself against an intruder in his home.  Initially, he was never charged by SFPD but now the district attorney is bringing charges against Kevin citing new evidence that has yet to be revealed by their office.  Kevin has been denied bail. As a result, he is unable to earn a living to provide for his children and it is unclear how long he will be in custody.

Kevin's family and friends need support from the community to ensure that his immediate needs while in custody are met and that his children will still receive any monetary support they need in his absence.  This support will mean that Kevin can focus on any steps he needs to take in order to beat his case.

The family and friends of Kevin Epps are extremely grateful to everyone who has continued to hold him down and advocate on his behalf!
