Help Sametrice Walk Again

On May 18, 2015 my life changed. I do not remember much from that day. The last thing I recalled was running with my nephew after his birthday party at the park. On May 18th I had a terrible stomach ache. My sister was concerned and said she was going to call 911. Later that night my mom called 911. I woke up nearly 2 months later unable to speak or move and in horrible pain. As I got better, my family told me more and more about what happened to me. I found out as many of you may know, I died four times but God brought me back five. I had Pneumonia which set off a thyroid Storm which is when your thyroid goes into over drive and attacks your body. This caused sepsis in my blood. In order to save my life, I had to clean my blood through a process called ECMO Extra-corporeal Membrane Oxygenation which ran a tube through the right side of my body, mainly my right leg. In order to save my life, I lost the use of my right leg. As I got better I was transferred from the hospital to a rehab facility. Towards the end of my physical therapy, I was told I needed a leg brace to continue my road towards walking again. Sadly I have hit a snag. My insurance won't cover my leg brace and shockingly on November 25, 2015 the day right before Thanksgiving, our house burned which is now a total lost. Money now is tight and paying out of pocket for my brace is nearly impossible. I need at least 6000.00 dollars to get my brace and classes to learn to use it. I am asking for your assistance, any amount will help and be greatly appreciated.
