The Go Fund Me for James Paige was "birthed" from the love and concern Team Jimmy has for their life long friend, his wife, and his family.
Team  Jimmy  consists of James' lifelong friends whose hearts are embedded in compassion and love for his health and care.

James E. (Jimbo) Paige, our dear family member, friend and fraternity brother (Kappa Alpha Psi) is afflicted with the debilitating illness, ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.  This devastating sickness gradually destroys the nerve cells and damages the muscles needed to speak, eat, and breathe.  Since there is no cure for ALS, James’ condition will continue to deteriorate.

The other effect of this disease is the tremendous financial and physical challenges that his wife, Cheryl, experiences as she faithfully cares for him.  Therefore, to ease this hardship, we are establishing a Go Fund Me account.  Our goal is to raise twenty thousand dollars.

This money will provide for home care services, equipment, supplies and transportation essential to give our friend, James, a dignified quality of life and provide relief for his wife and family.
