Janus - grand scale print to scroll

Please help fund the completion of this 2 year art project, "Janus."
This project started in the fall of 2017 when I first drew on the blocks and began a series of studies for the image. I spent 2 years preparing and carving 24 blocks, enough for 12 panels in this image.
With support from Princeton University and the Rhode Island School of Design, I commissioned 100 sheets of mitsumatta paper from the Awagami Paper Factory and paid the CR Ettinger Studio and Gallery in Philadelphia for many weeks of printing. Working together with master printer Cindi Ettinger, I have completed the printing -- over 350 pulls through the press! Each finished print is now on 12 individual sheets of paper, and I have sent the first set to master scroll maker Mr. Fujiwara-San of Kamojima, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan. He will mount the sheets into 3 beautiful vertical scrolls.
The bold image is a combination of both Western and Asian influences, reflecting my many trips to Japan over the past 2 decades. Mr. Fujiwara-San has done excellent work for me in the past mounting my folding screens. This fundraiser is primarily to raise the funds for his work on this project. It's second object is to complete the last payment to the CR Ettinger Studio, where my funding ran out and Cindi declared, "Can't stop now!"
"Janus" is an edition of 6, with 1 artist's proof (AP) and 1 printer's proof (PP). This fundraiser will pay for the mounting of just one set of scrolls, and the remaining printing charges. Any support you can give will be very appreciated.
The funding is urgently needed as the finished scrolls will be on public display in two locations early 2020.
I am extremely grateful to those of you who will help me complete this project. I have been very fortunate to have friends and institutions help me out in the past with funds for making art, and I urge you now to continue to give generously. I hope that this print will someday hang in museums and collections all of the US for the broadest possible enjoyment.
