WWII Army Vetran buried in condemned cemetery
Donation protected
My stepfather, Edmund, a World War II Army Veteran, and my mother, Florence, plans to be buried next to one another have been shattered due to a cemetery problem.
My stepfather was laid to rest in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in 1996. Since that time, the cemetery has changed hands several times, went bankrupt, and was sold at a tax sale. Ultimately, it was condemned.
My mother, Florence, passed away in 2016. Needless to say, she could not be buried there next to my stepdad. She was put to rest in another cemetery.
I am trying to get them together again, but need funds for legal costs and to relocate the grave.
Please help them be at peace together. My stepdad deserves a respectful grave.
My stepdad gave his life for this country. He often spoke proudly of serving during the war occupying Germany. He received 4 military decorations and citations.
Please help with a donation to honor him, his family, and his country. Allow them to rest in peace side by side together as it should have been.
Thank you,
Monica Carbone (daughter)
