Please, Help Our Family!

My fiance and I have three daughters. One of which has serious medical complications. Over the last week, our area has been slammed with serious rain. I found out we have 8 leaks in 5 rooms. Now, my landlord was given a notice from the city a month ago. Giving him two months to fix the main roof. My roof is not the main roof. When I called my landlord, he told me that he would mention it to the contractor when he comes to do the main roof. Never mentions a temporary fix, never mentioned anything at all. So, i contacted my local housing authority and explained everything to them. They contacted my landlord and had a conversation. Then, all of a sudden, the landlord decides to show up. He was asking why I called the housing authority considering they were already involved with him over the main roof. So I showed him what was leaking previously as well as what was currently coming thru profusely.  All he kept saying was, "It's not all that bad." And, "When the roof is fixed, all this will be new." Although I had pots and pans everywhere and my daughter's were completely confined to only the living room, still no mention of even a tarp to put on the roof. As he was leaving, he said "If the city shows up or calls you, tell them everything is fine. Or we will all have hell to pay." Now, go forward a week, a drain pipe was dislodged from a bathtub in another apartment. I called my landlord and he said it would have to wait. The code enforcement officer came the next morning to do another inspection. He informed my landlord that he was to promptly repair the drain and an electrical issue. That leads us to this morning. When I woke up, it was raining in the hallway and all over my daughter's belongings in one of their rooms. Not to mention the water pouring all over wires. I am ashamed and embarrassed that this is the route my family and I are forced to make. We have been in contact with every agency available to us. We make "too much" for the assistance of some agencies. Luckily, the council for the Borough of Jermyn, where we live, has been working with us solely because of our children. If it were not for their kind hearts, this location would already be condemned. So, we ask if you could kindly help. If you cannot, then please, say a prayer. Thank you!
