In the world of rope access/high-rise window cleaning there are a variety of hand tools: Squeegees of all shapes and sizes, a variety of RDS and fall arrest and safety equipment. The only thing lacking is proper footware; the durability and traction needed where the ‘rubber meets the building.’

Cleaning windows on tall buildings your feet are constantly wet and lacking any sort of traction on the soapy, wet glass. Depending on the building material itself, the rough aggregates of stone and concrete or the sharper edges of metal flashing your shoes could be shredded by the time you get to the ground.
At Vertigo Footware and Apparel, we have designed shoes to fit these needs.
