Kids Helping Kids Capstone

Our names are Andrea Salvia and Madison Ingram. We both are Seniors at James River High School and are part of the Leadership and International Relations Program. In this program, students are required to create a Capstone Project their senior year. A Capstone Project is a community service project that is led by students. Since we are both passionate about the medical field, we have decided to work with the World Pediatric Project to help bring a child in a developing country to Richmond to receive a surgery their country can not provide. When the child arrives in Richmond, a Pot Luck dinner will be held for all of the donors who helped support the family and surgery.
