My dad, Danny, passed away at the age of 76 on October 15, 2022 after a brief battle with cancer. My dad was my hero. He was a strong man who had been through a lot in his life, yet he was one of the most genuine, honest, humble and caring people I have ever known. Family was the most important thing in life to him and he never missed a chance to give a hug and say "I love you". At his request, there was no funeral or memorial service. He wanted donations to be made to Wounded Warrior Project in his name and honor. Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that meant so much to my dad. As he would say, "Helping someone else is more rewarding than not."
