This is just a snapshot of what my brother in law Travis was left by his filthy tenants. This home was beautiful clean and tidy when these low lives moved in. Trav had Landlords insurance however wasn’t aware that he required default tenant insurance to cover tenant damage. So he has been left to foot the cleanup and massive bill on his own. Every room as well as outside has been left littered with clothes rubbish and debris. Trav is one of the nicest cleanest easy going people you will ever meet and I’m hoping that some small donations will help him in this massive clean up. All the walls need repainting, flooring needs replacing, kitchen needs replacing and a thorough pest eradication due to cockroaches and rats. The copper has been removed from the hot water system rendering it useless and broken windows have already been replaced. As a family we will all be pitching in to help bring this house back to its original state. If you can’t donate a simple share would be sooooo appreciated.
