The North East Texas Trail-Chaparral Section
is a part of a 130 mile trail that when completed will be the longest in Texas! Stretching from Farmersville to New Boston our team of volunteers from Wolfe City are trying to do our part to maintain and beautify the trail.
Although our team of volunteers are constantly putting in the sweat equity we are in an economically impoverished portion of the state. Though we have a labor force in this grassroots campaign, we need funds for resurfacing and repairs.
All funds raised on here will entitle us to receive a grant from Texas Parks and Wildlife with a 4 to 1 match. So the $40k raised on here will turn into $200k that can be used make this green space something that current and future generations can enjoy!
