Please Help Me With My Teeth

EDIT: I HAVE UNTIL JANUARY 1 2020 TO FIX MY TEETH FOR $4308,07 SINCE I HAVE ''HIGH-COST PROTECTION'' ONLY FOR 1 YEAR. AFTER 1 YEAR I HAVE TO PAY $8,665,08 (80.000KR)

I have suffered from anorexia and binge eating disorder my whole life. I have also been taking medication since i was 6 years old. I'm 23, soon 24 now. Right now im taking up to 31 pills a day to function.

But the aftermath of my eating disorders and medication has damaged my teeth and i can't afford the dentist, and i need help. I dont wanna ask for money from strangers but right now i don't see any other way. I feel so ashmed. But i need help. Im desperate. 

I'm so ashamed about my mouth, i keep hinding, try to talk less so i dont have to show them. Its making my selfesteem worse. 
I cry a lot about my mouth, its making me not wanna eat due the fear i will make them worse. Im scared to drink because im afraid 
that it will make them worse, as well. I don't wanna lose my teeth. I'm so afraid

I have been declined by everyone we have talked to. Even my dentist has tried but also been declined. I can't work due my mental health and i don't ask for much, every penny helps me right now.

Since i live in sweden its in KR. but translating that to dollar it¨s 4 308,07 and to pounds it's 3 260,97.

I have papers so i can confirm  this, but that's also in swedish. But i have papers and my dentist signature.  If you wanna see it. let mme know.
