Winslow's Emergency Surgeries

UPDATE:
My sweet, sweet Winnie had to have another emergency surgery last week. He had to have an additional obstruction removed from his intestine as well as have part of his intestine cut out. He is at home recovering on his brand new super comfy bed but is struggling. Unfortunately he ended up at the vet again today because he wasn't feeling well. This poor boy has had so many obsticles in his one short year of life - his first family dumped him and left him to live on the streets alone, he was adopted and returned to the shelter 4 times, and has had 2 major surgeries. He will definately not be returned a 5th time - my home is his forever home no matter what happens. I pray that he knows that. I can't image someone not loving this dog. I am so madly in love with him! He is sweet, silly, loving, so good with all people even children and dogs and cats! And not to mention he is just so handsome! With all Winslow has been through and still ending up being the best dog, he deserves the most love and support he can get. Any support that you can give this sweet boy and his mama helps more than you know! Thank you so much to all of those who previosly donated. Rescue dogs deserve the best and Winslow and I appreciate you all!

Hello friends and dog lovers - I need your help. As many of you already know, I adopted the sweetest pup, Winslow, from Noah's Ark Society about a month ago. Even in such a short time, Winslow has bought so much joy to my life (and I hope it's also the other way around!) and I'm not sure how I ever lived without him. He is just the best dog. I took him to the vet today hoping for a routine visit for a tummy ache. As it turned out, Winslow had to have emergency surgery to remove an obstruction in his intestine. He is currently in thr care of the amazing team at NVS, but the great care he is receiving is not cheap. The vet visits and surgery will come to a total of $3,500. Any help that you can give is so very much appreciated. Please keep my sweet boy in your thoughts and hope for a successful surgery and speedy recovery!
