We had been stranded in Louisiana, and after hitchhiking 980.8 miles, and the 5 rides we are so grateful to have been blessed with, we are now in Indiana.
We are currently staying at the cheapest motel we could find, while Laura recovers from the flu. This is costing us dearly, and leaves us with little money for food and other necessities.
We need to get the rest of the way home to Northern Michigan so that we can go back to work and thrive again.
Monies donated will pay for fuel for a ride that has been offered, food and a temporary place to stay if needed.
We are 49 and 51 yrs old, and so exhausted.
