My Wife, Shayling Kenworthy was murdered August 17th 2016. She was murdered by the two responding officers who intercepted a 911 call for an ambulance and would not allow the ambulance crew on site and watched as she died.  We were paying $2200 a month for rent in this police-owned, Section 8 approved home which means it should have been inspected by both the insurance and the Housing Authority by law each year. Our family was already engaged in a lawsuit with the Housing Authority of Bergen County upon being forced to move here. We were forced to stay in horrendous conditions by threats on our kids and our general safety. Another false case/allegation/retaliation upon our children was dropped the day we moved out of the Housing Authority into this officer's possession who owned a home that was Housing Authority/government subsidy approved in these conditions.
Does anyone see retaliation, witness tampering, hostages???

Shay was having an asthma attack when I tried to administer CPR, 1 officer pulled her away from me denying her life-saving treatment.  I was then held at gunpoint and forced to watch while my wife was being murderded. They did nothing and would not let me try to save her life. 


We have collected evidence, over 8 years recorded audio & video. The evidence illustrates crimes from state workers, police officers, lawyers, and judges and is undeniable as they are caught in the act of these crimes, on the recordings.

In 2010 I was given a false criminal charge and was incarcerated for accumulatively 1 year over a 3 year period of time...

The home owner of the house (where my wife was killed) was a Deputy Chief of Police for the jurisdiction where the falsified charge originated from.

Given the conditions of the home, and it being Section 8/Public Housing approved, and the homeowner's obvious hold over my family, we stayed there under threat and duress.

Shayling and I started recording our home's video/audio 4 years ago and audio 8 years ago. The case we have amassed against them upon pure evidential facts is so clearly illustrated; their pattern of behavior, and crimes against my family is all recorded.

In the weeks leading up to Shay's murder, the home owner, upon us requesting to pay  our last month's rent and be allowed to move out immediately, due to health concerns and Shay's parents coming into our care, chose to threaten us including waving his weapon around.

This Retired Deputy Chief of Police for 45 minutes tries to intimidate and threaten my family’s safety and wellbeing as I am requesting to move out telling him that Shay and I offered a $10,000 lump sum for 6 months rent and to pay for proper repairs to damages from both human and animal urine/feces, which would have cost/been another $6,000, but we were told no, he was aware and involved with these converations as well. Shay's health as well as all of ours and her parents coming to live with us, which they were all aware of, at this point we needed to move. Instead he threatened us telling us to come up with $6,600 which he was not even owed, and he will let us leave in 3 months. He directly threatened me with false charges and my kid’s custody/safety if my wife and I didn't comply.

All while disregarding our health concerns. All recorded.

       There are more pictures of the house, I'll post soon... these aren't even the worst. The carpets were down on the floor for 10 years while soaking in the wood, anyone who works in the industry who has encountered these horrendous condidtions can attest to just how dangerous to your health this is.

This tape was delivered to Lyndhurst Police. Meanwhile, Shay and I went into headquarters to file and record our complaint as per procedure, but we were denied as they stated they were going against procedure and then passively threatened us upon leaving.

This is evidence suppression, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, amongst other civil rights violations. This was in the weeks leading up to her murder as we were moving out for obvious health and safety issues.

Please help us fund putting this evidence together along with witnesses into a documentary and properly distributing it to show everyone the truth.

Help me as a father to not show my children a world that turns a blind eye on their mother's murder, as the people involved get away with this.

I cannot and will not allow that to be their worldview or future.
