Update: My poor kitty Sapphire has a heart murmur and a heart gallop that need investigating. My vet strongly recommends that she receive a $500 ultrasound from a specialist to see if she has heart disease. If she does, there is affordable medication for it, but right now I can't afford the ultrasound. Please feel free to donate if you are so moved. Thank you!
