Hi! This is Owen. He was born without his front legs and has outgrown his old set of wheels. So we are raising money to get Owen some new wheels and prosthetic legs!
This apparatus could help him run around as he pleases without too much difficulty. He does pretty good on his own but this sure would make a difference in his life.
