Wests Girls Rugby 7s - TT7s

We are a Girls 7's Rugby Team in the inner South-West of Sydney.  This is only our 2nd year but we have achieved so much including winning the U15 2016 NSW State Championships.

We have grown from just 1 team in our 1st year to fielding 4 teams across 4 different age groups,  All 4 sides are dominating their respective age competitions in the Sydney Sizzling 7's and we are now looking to test our mettle against interstate and international competition at the 2017 Trans-Tasman 7's.
This will be the 3rd year of the Trans-Tasman 7's or TT7's which is open to teams nation wide and also contested by respresentative sides from schools and clubs across the ditch in New Zealand.

This is the perfect opportunity for these talented young women to experience the next level of elite competition.  It is also just a glimpse of the opportunities that a career in professional sports can offer.

For the team to attend players need to self-fund their expenses.  We have various fund raising initiatives in place and are doing everything we can to minimise the financial burden on players and their parents.  We want to take the best that we have so reducing the cost as much as possible will ensure this.
