Westridge Family Fire

This morning (April 30th) at 6am I received a call from my mom screaming in tears. As I tried to understand what she was saying I shortly realized she was saying my childhood home for the past 20 years was in flames. Woken up out of thier sleep, my mom and brothers were covered in smoke and seen flames coming from my brothers bedroom. Thankful for my 19 year old brother that knew what steps needed to be taken he kicked out the windows and shut all the door in flames. My mom and 11 year old brother grabbed our 3 dogs and headed to the outside where they called 911. One hour later we looked at our beautiful home melted inside. My family lost everything from clothes, shoes, computers, etc. Everything was eaither melted or covered in sute leaving it non salvagable. They are currently getting settled in a hotel thanks to Red Cross. Tomorrow we will know more, as we were told this morning we wont have our home back for 6-9 months. I ask that you all share this page for my family. Thankfully, god was watching over them and all are safe. Our memories and belongings we have in our home over the last 20 years are gone.
