West End Ecology Hurricane Fund

My name is Ken Williams of Fort Erie, Ontario, Canada. I'm raising funds to help our friends Keith and Linda Cooper rebuild the settlement of West End on Grand Bahama. Keith and Linda are residents of West End and have lost their home and all of their personal belongings as well. They have chosen to stay and devote their efforts to helping their community rebuild. I've known Keith for about 20 years now and he has always devoted much of his time to helping others.

Hurricane Matthew has left a devastating path of destruction.  The entire settlement of West End, Grand Bahama was destroyed.  90% of homes were flooded, the majority of homes and businesses have lost their roofs and many homes have collapsed as a result of this hurricane.  People have lost their livelihoods and businesses have been closed.

The people of the West End, Grand Bahama are facing a long road to recovery.  100% of the funds raised from this campaign will go directly to providing the essentials such as clothing and food imediately, as well as building materials needed to repair their community.

I will be withdrawing the funds in my name and sending them directly to Keith Cooper imediately via wire transfer. All donations received are greatly appreciated to help this vibrant community get back on their feet.
