On the night of Friday, November 24, 2017 multiple classrooms at Kahului School were said to be on fire by witnessing neighbors. As a result at least 3 classrooms were completely destroyed and other severely damaged.
The staff, students, and families of Kahului School are deeply saddened by this devastating incident. Kahului PTSA is asking for your help in raising money to cover the loss of student supplies, teaching materials and classroom supplies as well as money towards the rebuilding of classrooms or temporary classrooms for our Kahului School keiki.
