Honoring Sean's Memory

Many people have asked how they can support the Weide "princesses" as they deal with their Dad's death. While he was irreplaceable, we set up this GoFundMe account to help them with their educational needs.

Sean touched many lives around the world. His daughters were his everything. In the hundreds of Facebook messages we have received, we were amazed at the number of them that mentioned how he had told them about his princesses.

They were prominently showcased on his blog: Weide Cafe Blog

Sean was my brother (he was better known as my "twin" brother -- I was born on his sixth birthday), and I love his girls as if they were my own. I have promised to take care of them, and this is one way for me to fulfill that promise.

I set up this GoFundMe account for those who are not able to attend the visitation or funeral but want to contribute to the Weide Princess Scholarship Fund. All donations will be used for their benefit.

On behalf of Emily, Lauren, Julia, Olivia, and Veronica, the family thanks you for your stories, memories, and support.

Information about his visitation and funeral mass are here: http://bit.ly/seanweideservice

UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL DONORS: We've received some questions from international donors because GoFundMe asks for a "postal code" to help match user information with payment information. If you have difficulty with making a donation, please contact GoFundMe Support using the "Help" button in the navigation menu (or email me at [email redacted] and I will put you in contact with Support). They are very quick to respond to questions and problems!
