Pray for Ally Stoltzmann

This page was created by Tanya Kirkpatrick to link arms with friends and family and offer financial support for Ally Stoltzmann and her family in this time of recent crisis.

Ally is a beautiful, sweet spirited, giving 21 year old, Jr attending Monmouth University.  She was suddenly struck by a car while jogging home from softball practice on Thursday, December 3, 2015.   Ally sustained very serious injuries and is currently in a drug induced coma at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.  As a result, Ally has endured tramatic brain injuries to both frontal lobes, fractured the back of her skull, sinus cavity, cheek bones, ribs, and has some internal bleeding on her brain.

Her mother, Kristin Stoltzmann, flew out to be by her side.  No mother ever wants "the call".  In a blink of an eye life as you know it can change, the waiting, the wait to travel to get to her baby girl and now ... the endless praying and waiting for Ally to respond ... to recover.  It has been a whirlwind and the days and nights blend into one..

We wanted to invite you all interceed on this incredible families behalf to allow finances to not be an "additional" stress.

I created a page called "Pray for Ally Stotlzmann" on facebook to be a place for Kristin to update and ask for prayer and share Ally's progress.  Kristin battled in her heart with creating a "Go fund me" page and after much prayer and several conversations agreed their family was going to need help financially.

Ally's projected stay is two plus months in the hospital to recover and up to a year of therapy and doctor visits after returning home.   So many expenses are unforseen and daily living is adding up as Kristin traveled out of state to New Jersey to be with Ally.   Kristin will be missing months of work as her daughter is her first priority.  Help us help them not worry about the "unknown" expenses and allow them to focus their energy on the journey ahead.

We can not thank you enough for the outpouring of love and support and messages of how to help.  Please share Ally's story and this page to come together to make donations on behalf of a selfless family as they endure the days of the unknown ahead.

Ally is a pitcher at Monmouth University and had plans to volunteer this summer in South America with Dr. Without Borders program.  She is currently studying to be a physician's assistant and carries a 3.98 GPA.  Ally has over 1000 hours of volunteer work with children.  Her passions are playing softball, working with children and medicine.  Ally worked so hard to chase her dream of playing D1 softball and has truly enjoyed her time on the field with her team.

Her sister, Megan, describes Ally as her best friend.  She is loved by her niece and nephews.  Ally always puts everyone else first, she stands in the gap and doesn't put up with anyone being bullied.  Megan shares that Ally is truly her heart and her happy place.

Kristin and her family do not have words to express their monumental gratitude for your hearts to give and help.  Thank you simply doesn't seem enough.  Please know they are grateful for each one of you praying on Ally's and their behalf.  They are getting through day by day with all of your help, prayers and giving hearts.
