33 years ago Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie created one of the most famous songs ever to raise donations for charity. It was one of the most successful fundraising campaigns ever by collecting 63 million US Dollars. Now, in 2018 times changed. We are digital. YouTubers & Influencers are our "new" stars next to Athletes, Actors or "Old School" Musicians. Digital is Talented! Very talented! We at Channel Aid wanted to show that the Online-World understood their social responsibility. We wanted to show that we all can work hand by hand no matter where we all came from to raise donations on behalf of children and people with disabilities in this World!
We need your help to show that in 2018 there are no limits as long we all participate as one big family!
What We Do
Day by day people upload content and communicate via social media. We utilize our network for personal stuff or funny cat videos. But what if we could actually do something meaningful and consume content we like whilst helping people that might not have this fortune to live life as we can? We are FABS Foundation / Channel Aid and we want to include contemporary channels to make Charity even easier.

We already have so many supporters and are proud that we are taken seriously!! We are not taking this for granted!! Artists like Rita Ora & Cro, YouTube Creators like MAX, Leroy Sanchez, Kurt Hugo Schneider, Alyson Stoner, Mariana Nolasco or Samantha Harvey are deeply committed and it shows us that we are on the right path!
Money, Money, Money...
As so many people use social platform YouTube, we created a Channel called “Channel Aid”. We work along with many YouTube Creators around the world and use their purview to receive donations for children, teenagers and people with disabilities. It is our aim to grow this YouTube-Channel with international content to share this idea worldwide. Channel Aid should speak the language of every single person in this world. We are one big family!
BECAUSE: Whilst watching the advert which comes up before your actual video starts (yes, we know.. usually everyone skips ads asap...) but if you watch it till the end we can donate. Easy Peasy: “You Click, We Donate”!
We have already taken this Charity YouTube Channel to the next level and organized an event that already fulfilled one of our biggest dreams. Because we are from Hamburg, Germany we hired the venue “Elbphilharmonie” (if you haven't heard of it yet; GOOGLE it, it’s an amazing venue!!!) and arranged concerts with more than 5 YouTube-Creators (like MAX, Leroy Sanchez, Samantha Harvey, Nicole Cross & Costantino Carrara) and Pop-Singer and supporter Rita Ora & CRO!!!

Man that was a huuuuge success. We got so much attention and presented our idea of donating in the 21st century style. But not only via our Channel Aid Channel we want to generate money. We need more donations to go viral and support as many we can!! Even if it’s only 5 Euros/Dollars, whatever!! We need you to go big!
Kids are our future, Teenagers need our trust and people with disability need to be taken seriously!
Currently our focus is on and own initiated project called "Chance to Dance. But it would be amazing if we could spread this idea worldwide. Sports is one of the most important activities in people’s lives. We grow, we fight, we enhance and we build a social network that invaluable. Thats the reason why we partnered with "Laureus Sport for Good" & "Right to Play".
Still, there are so many that can´t afford memberships etc. at sports clubs. Some of them don’t even have the opportunity to eat three times a day or suffer from illnesses that make life difficult for them.
Also people with disabilities live their lives mainstream as possible. Worldwide most of them have normal jobs, hobbies etc. We want to offer more dance-classes for these people. Through a dancing school in Hamburg, Germany we found out that it is very popular for them and through dancing they can express themselves naturally. Also they are taken seriously and learn correct steps so the aspiration is sophisticated! They also create a social network for themselves and as we can tell they absolutely love it!!!

Right To Play is an international children’s aid organization. They protect, educate and empower children to rise above adversity and find their way back to hope. Using all forms of play – games, sport, music, poetry, dance and art – they create lasting impact and empower children with the knowledge and skills to drive change in their lives, their families and their communities. Each week, Right To Play brings the power of play to 1.9 million children in 15 countries worldwide.
Play saves lives! A game of tag can teach children how to prevent life-threatening diseases like malaria; A game of football can teach children about peace, tolerance and teamwork.

About Laureus Sport for Good:
Laureus Sport for Good is composed of Sport for Good Foundation, the World Sports Academy as well as the World Sports Awards. Today, it is one of the most well known Foundations worldwide. Patron Nelson Mandela said: "Sport has the Power to change the World". Following this guiding principle they implement projects worldwide. They use sport to give children a chance to develop and to smooth out social differences. Foundation initiator Fabian Narkus won the Laureus Award in 2012. The since existing strong bond was the basis for deciding to support the projects of Laureus with parts of the donations generated from the FABS Foundation.
