Flood Recovery Fund

My folks have lived in this home since retiring and moving to San Marcos in 1998.   The recent flooding totalled their home and caused loss of not only their home, but a majority of their personal belongings, including furniture, art work, family photos, all their appliances.  They had no flood insurance.  My brother is in poor health, and has trouble seeing.  He and his wife have been living with my folks also to help with medical costs he has incurred and continues to incur as he has no health insurance.  FEMA is helping some but not sure if it will be enough.   We will have to relocate them and find another place for them to live that will be conducive to their health situations - they use walkers and need facilities that can assist with their, and my brother's, physical challenges.   Any donation amount is greatly appreciated as we work to help them reacclimate at this late stage in their lives.   Thank you.
