Hi!  My name is Yesenia (Tita) Espinal.  I am raising money for my Mommy/Daddy & Me business where I will teach classes for parents who enjoy working out WITH their little one, like me! I have a 2 year old daughter named Melody.  She LOVES to workout with me! Since I started my research for my marketing plan, I've found that "Mommy & Me" means different things to different teachers.  Some instructors really involve the babies in the routines. They may have the mommies gently stretch out the baby’s muscles, or use him/her as a weight.  I realize that there are also many men who take care of little ones (thanks to a very good friend for pointing that out to me) so I welcome all DADS! If you're a daddy and enjoy spending time with your little one and love working out, then come on board! My mommy/daddy & me classes will involve lots of fun and easy exercises for both parent and child.  For parents with infants between 4 months - 24 months, I will teach basic exercises (some of my very own) that focus on the core, arm and leg areas of the adult body.  For parents with toddlers between 2 years and 4 years,  I will mix fitness with dance to create a fun dance experience for the little one and a great workout for mom/dad. Classes will have a music theme such as Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, and Hip Hop/Pop too! These classes will help you stay fit and will enhance the bond between you and your little one! For those of you that know me, you know that I already workout with my daughter on a frequent basis and it has helped me stay fit but most importantly, creates a strong bond that no other soul on this planet can break.

The money will be used to pay for trademark fees for my brand via www.legalzoom.com, as well as my Personal Training Certification with a specialization in Youth Fitness and Women's Fitness.
I need at least $800 to trademark my brand. I'd like to start posting videos using my business name in order to build brand awareness. My goal is to raise $800 by January 2016, and the full $2000 by Summer 2016.

My business is called 'BondFitNYC'.  My mission statement is 'BOND with your little one. Stay FIT'. This business means so much to me because I am very passionate about working out with with my daughter. I really enjoy spending time with her.  I've witnessed our bond continue to grow as we spend more time together. I truly believe that as parents, we have to instill the idea of living a healthy lifestyle in our children, so that we can all live long and happy lives.

Raising this money for my business will mean the world to me. I am a hard-working single mother. I work full-time at St. Joseph's College, NY and I am also pursuing a Master's degree in Management of Science with a concentration in Organizational Management. 

People always ask me how do you do it? How do you manage to do all those things and still find time to workout? My answer is - I push myself even when I'm super exhausted. I think about how much I wish to be an example to people, particularly women, especially moms like myself-- and that is my motivation.  I want to be an inspiration. I want to be your motivation. My goal is to motivate parents to bring their little ones along. If you can't beat em' then join em'! I promise that you won't regret it.

I should also mention that I will donate 10% of my earnings to a foundation that parents and/or children support. This is my way of giving back to the community and paying it forward.
