If you ask anyone that knows Amanda who their kindest and most caring friend is, I know for certain it is her. When it comes down to someone who will sit and listen to you talk for hours on end, have better advice than anyone you’ve ever talked to, and show an unbelievable amount of wisdom at such a young age, Amanda is that person as well. While thinking of your strongest and bravest friend, one that has been through unthinkable circumstances, but someone who also carries the most beautiful smile on her face,the person that still comes to mind is Amanda. She is the friend to contact when you are at an ultimate low or if you just need someone to encourage you to keep on moving in this world of ups and downs. She has always been there for her friends and family.
It has now reached the point where we feel we need to help her and thank her for her countless years of friendship she has offered. Thanks for all the time, energy, laughs, and cries. Most importantly, thanks for being such an amazing friend! You are more than an angel in disguise.
As some of you may know, Amanda just underwent surgery on her spinal cord. As some of her close friends, we want to help keep her dreams possible no matter what the obstacle. She dreams to walk down the aisle and marry the man of her dreams as well as move to a home where they can begin their life together as a family. Because Amanda had to travel to New York for a week due to the surgery and recovery, a financial burden was placed upon them.
