save Smokey from being put down

Smokey accidentally got loose and bit our neighbor downstairs. They want him quarantined for 10 days or euthanized ....he is a good loyal dog that should not be destroyed for this minor bite. Thank you to all that donate. God will reimburse those who love his animals.
