Wayne and Jeannine Frisbie

Donation protected
On October 2nd, 2015, there was a tragic car accident in which Jeannine Frisbie lost her life and her husband, Wayne sent to the hospital with very serious injuries. Their car was hit by another vehicle that traveled into their lane. Wayne's condition is stable, but he will require more surgeries and has a long recovery road ahead of him.
Jeannine ran a home daycare for many, many, many years with the help of her husband Wayne. They raised their children in the town of Livonia and have had their home daycare for over 30 years! The community as a whole is mourning.
Jeannine was the kind of person that people yearn to be like. From the very first interview with Jeannine before starting at her daycare over 2 years ago, my daughter opened right up to her. That was not something she did with just anyone. We knew Jeannine was something special from that very first meeting. Every time there after Jeannine always met my kids with a smile! You would never catch her in a bad mood. She sent many photos and videos of the children to the parents daily. Some of my favorite images are the selfies she always loved to take with them. She was the most kind hearted, free spirited, loving provider. It is hard enough having to leave your children all day to go to work, but knowing that "NeNe",as the kids all called her, was taking care of your children put your heart at ease. I have been through quite a few daycares with my children, until I found NeNe and "Uncle Wayne". There is no one that can compare to Jeannine. She loved all of her daycare children as if they were her own and even just as much as their own mothers. There was always joy, laughter, great meals, 4 o'clock bread(which is now my daughters favorite kind of bread), birthday parties, Holiday parties, and anytime pizza parties. Friday's the kids got "payday" which was a few pieces of candy, and the kids grew to know when "payday" was. I am forever grateful and blessed to have known Jeannine and Wayne, even if only for a few years. It feels like I have known them much longer. Jeannine captured the hearts of many, and has made such an impact on my own family. My children's lives are forever better because they had the pleasure of spending time with one of the GREATS. An angel walked among us, and God called her back home before all of us were ready.
On behalf of all of Jeannine's daycare parents we would like to set up this page for people to come and share their stories of Wayne and Jeannine and to donate if you are able. Money raised will go directly to Wayne, to help ease the financial burden.
Please share this story with whomever you can.
