Homeless Business Owner Needs Shop

I'm a small business owner and artist living in Los Angeles. I am a makeup artist and photographer, and I have dedicated the last 17 years of my life to helping transgender people through their transitions. I am also an advocate for the homeless, and I write a humorous blog about being homeless in Los Angeles. I do not drink or do drugs, I have a college education, and an extensive background in business.
One year ago I lost the shop that I lived and worked in, and I have been homeless ever since. My cat Sookie and I have been living in my car for a year now, and it gets harder as the weather gets colder. I have managed to continue my work as best as I can, by offering it as a mobile service and traveling to my clients. The small amounts of money I get by doing makeup or photos goes towards food and gas, and sometimes a motel for the night. Now my beat up little car won't make those long trips around Los Angeles, and it won't last much longer. When the car breaks down for good, we will be on the street. Finding and keeping a job is next to impossible when homeless, for too many reasons to list here. Shelters will not take me because of my cat, and many won't take women without children. They are just too crowded.
I have managed to save up some money to use for a new shop, but we need a little more for the deposit. I have found a small warehouse in which to live and to re-open the business, but I still need another $1800 to move in. I have two weeks to raise this money or else I will not get the shop and Sookie and I will have to continue living in the car.
***I am also willing to take a job as an apartment manager anywhere in the San Fernado Valley, as I have property management experience.***
