WARM's new space will serve more!

WARM is a grassroot nonprofit whose mission is to make urgent home repairs and accessibility upgrades for elderly, disabled, and low-income families.
In the past six years, we've more than doubled the number of people served annually! As a result, we have outgrown our current facility and have decided to purchase a building where we will have:
· Storage for donated materials. One month we could be offered a refrigerator, gently used cabinetry, or building materials. We don't have any place to store it, so we have to turn it down. The next month, a homeowner needs a refrigerator... and we have to buy one!
· Workshop space. Our employees store some of the tools we use on site, test them out, and conduct other construction preparations in their garages – now they will be able to handle these tasks at the new WARM offices.
· Tool trailer parking. We will have all of our equipment in one location, so we can eliminate the waste of parking trailers across town where they are stored now – this will result in savings of staff time and mileage for each job .
Our deadline is November 5th. We have $10,000 left to raise. Please help with $100... $50... even $25 will help get us there.
