Walter Jon Nelson, 46, of Sheboygan passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017. He was born on December 16, 1970 in Los Angeles, CA to Jon and Janet (Meyer) Nelson. Walter proudly served in the US Navy Reserve. On February 14, 1994, he was united in marriage to Michelle Smoody in Sheboygan. Walter was a shift manager at Pizza Hut, he was an avid sports fan but was a diehard packer fan. He loved being outdoors, golfing, camping in the dells, but most importantly was the time he spent with his friends and family. He survived by his wife Michelle, son Gabriel Barrera, daughter Allysa Nelson, mother Janet Nelson, and father Jon Nelson. The family is hoping to raise $6,000 to cover all funeral expenses due to his unexpected death. Any amount is greatly appreciated. R.I.P Jon ❤️
