help finishing my degree.

update: just a little over a month till the end of my school year.  to give people more information I am a disabled student which is the reason I am not working while attending school. the medication costs each month are from my doctors trying to help me restore function. At school there are any number of programs and people willing to work with me to work around my disabilities so  I can finish my degree thanks to them I am managing to function academically if only barely. 

I'm not very good at these but here we go. I need help plain and simple I'm nearing the end of my degree in communication and media studies.  If I can manage to attend for the rest of this year I will qualify to graduate. But I have reached my limit for student aid.  I have taken a little longer than normal to get to this point due to a combination of medical issues. 

I worry my goal may seem high but with my current expenses it will help cover:

tuition: $2,300 (per semester rounded up)
text books: $200-400 per semester
Internet: $60 per month (required to access course material and submit homework) 
Medicine:  $50 per month 
Medical insurance: 55 per month, 133 every 3 months

plus other expenses such as rent and groceries. The amount I am asking for is meant to help with my school expenses and I hope to take a little pressure off on my bills so I can focus better on my school work.  

I can't even begin to describe how much each donation will mean to me.  I am so close to finishing my degree and so terrified of all the hard work I will lose if I can't find some way to make ends meet.  If you do donate thank you in advance from the bottom of my heart it means everything to me that there are friends, family, and people beyond in this world kind enough to try and help.
