Help Save My Life

My family and friends I write to you because I'm in need of help that will save my life.  My liver is failing and I only have a few good years left before I will get put on a transplant list.  There is a surgery that would save my life, but my insurance company does not cover it. I have exhausted every avenue and this is my last option.
