My name is Eric Gun.
First, I would like to share a great news of my recent accomplishments. I made USA National Poomsae Team during 2018 National Team Selection in Utah past week and also named All American Athlete Title from USA Taekwondo Association that's given out to top 10% National ranked athletes.
My teammates Sergio Paez (Miami, FL) and Dylan Mai (Temecula, CA) and I placed first place in Cadet Male Team Recognized Poomsae in National Team Selection, now Team USA members. As Team USA National members, will be competing at the 2018 World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships in Taipei, Taiwan this November to represent Team USA.
Unfortunately, Team USA cannot support for all of their athlete's travel expenses and I would like to put less burden on my parents, who has been supporting me so much already. I would not have made this far without my parents, TEAM ATMA and my teammates support!
To represent TEAM USA, I plan to travel to South Korea and Miami to train, proudly represent TEAM USA, TEAM ATMA and everyone who supports me. I plan to train much harder to get myself ready in Taipei, Taiwan along with my teammates!
Any funds received, will help me with travel expenses to train in Korea, California and Miami and to compete in World Championships in Taipei, Taiwan.
Your support would mean world to me and I will do my best to bring TEAM USA a Gold medal!
