Bring Scooby Home

Scooby is Timmy’s service dog and the bond they have is like no other. The nursing facility Timmy is currently living at would not allow Scooby to stay there. With plans to relocate again soon the best choice for Timmy and his girlfriend Amber was to find a temporary boarding situation for their fur baby. They were referred to a ‘rescue shelter’ based out of San Antonio that went by the name of ‘Little Texas Rescue Ranch’. The rescue ranch agreed to board Scooby until Amber and Timmy could move into their house. They couldn’t take drop offs until the weekend so Amber met with a girl named Olivia from the rescue shelter on Wednesday March 27th. She was given a number and told they would discuss payment at a later time, she was also told they would receive daily updates. Updates never happened, calls were never returned; the number was later found to be a texting app number. They were SCAMMED. A now removed Craigslist ad was posted describing Scooby perfectly. It’s clear that this person(or people) involved are just looking to make a quick buck. It’s extremely disgusting that it’s at the cost of depriving someone of their service dog. Bexar County police have said there is nothing they can do, and that Timmy and Amber need to get a  lawyer to handle this situation. Due to medical expenses and moves, money is tight right now. Anything that anyone can donate is helpful and extremely needed!! If you can’t donate, please at least take the time to share. Please help us bring Scooby home.
