The San Pablo Cowboys Youth Cadet Football Team has qualified and earned the right to compete for a National Championship in Orlando Florida, December 3-12, 2015. This is an opportunity of a lifetime for a tight knit group of children ages 8 to 10 yrs. old from Contra Costa County, who have overcome many obstacles and challenges to become Champions. These boys who mainly attend Title I schools in a district where 75% of the students fall below poverty level and are at-risk to the negative societal influences of gang and drug war fare in our communities if not for opportunities like being a member of the San Pablo Cowboys. In addition to this organization’s goal of mentoring these children to become outstanding members of our community, the support of people like you who believe and contribute to their setting and reaching positive goals for personal advancement is vital.
These amazing student athletes need your help to make it to Orlando to compete amongst the nation’s best and work to bring home a National Title to the City of San Pablo. We, as a community have an opportunity to further inspire these young men to soar to great heights when competition is at its best in Orlando, Florida. Please, help us send the message to these talented young men that YOU believe in their abilities.
The San Pablo Cowboys Youth Association is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization in San Pablo. This is our second year of providing quality football, cheer and dance opportunities for the youth of San Pablo. Through the commitment and guidance of our dedicated all volunteer coaching staff, our children have an opportunity of a lifetime, but it won’t happen without your help. The total cost for the trip to Orlando, Florida is approximately $1,500.00 per person (which includes airfare, ground transportation, hotel, and meals). These amazing athletes have worked very hard to make their dreams a reality, but they need the support of caring people like you to make it happen. At this critical moment, we ask you to help them get this team to Orlando, so they can finish what they started – “A journey to become National Champions.”
You can help show your support by making a tax-deductible donation of $25, $50, or $100. Donated funds will be used to offset the cost of the trip for the team or a child you designate to benefit from your support. Your tax-deductible donations would be greatly appreciated by the San Pablo Cowboys Youth Association. Your monetary gift will help facilitate the further development of these young stalwarts by allowing them to embark on a journey that will create great memories that will last a lifetime.
