Help Benny back to work

Donation protected
Unfortunately on February 16th the Capt David sunk offshore of Cape Hatteras. This boat was Benny's passion. It was purchased last year to make a living on; to support the Murphy family. The Capt David was on its way back to dock when Benny received a call from a fellow fisherman. His boat was broken down and would not start approx 35 miles offshore. Instead of going to dock, Benny made the decision that hopefully most fisherman would have made. He turned around to tow his fellow fisherman in, despite the fact that the weather was starting to take a turn for the worst. After hooking up and starting the tow, the line snapped causing the throttle to get hung wide open on the Capt David. Salt water then began to blow out of the motor. Coast guard was then called for help for both boats. Benny was able to maintain the pumping of his boat hoping for coast guard to arrive soon. Luckily, there was a navy warship close by that dispatched a rescue boat. This boat came to the Capt David and hit the stern of the boat causing a hole. At this time water started to pour into the boat, making it impossible to save it from sinking. Benny and his crew were taken aboard the Navy warship until weather dissipated. This boat was Benny's way of making a living for his wife and 4 kids. Before this, they were already struggling to pay for four month old Katerina's hospital bills. She has health issues that require special attention, and can be life threatening if not properly handled. Any help would be so much appreciated at this time. Even with full insurance, its not close to fully recovering the amount to get a boat back into water. This is a devastating loss of materials and work for the family, also the crew members. The Murphys are hoping to replace the Capt David and its gear as soon as possible. Let's get these men back into the water, as well as work. Their families are depending on them.
