As many of you know, Jim Ward has been in the hospital for several weeks.  He has had some problems with his insurance and his bills are rising.  It sure would be great if we all pulled together and helped him out as much as we can.

I wanted to take another moment to thank everyone who has contributed to this fund thus far. Y'all are awesome :-) David Temporado did the final push to put us at the $15,000 mark, but every dollar has been a help to Jim. Lets see if we can hit the $20,000 mark!

As we are reaching our goal of $15,000, someone has suggested upping the goal again. i think it is a swell idea, as Jim is still being held captive by evil doctor and nurses. keep spreading the word around about this fund please!

Almost over the $12,000 mark. There are many people doing other fundraiser efforts as well. There are several items being auctioned off, so please take a moment to look around for those things as well!!

This is what I have posted with the link on my page. My Friend Jim Ward (name ring a bell? It should if your a gamer.) Is one of the kindest soul you will ever meet. Recently, he has had some health issues related to his diabetes. Having part of your amputated is not fun by any means, nor is it cheap, and although I believe gaming legends should get some kind of pension; it actually doesn't work that way. And unfortunately the "Bill Gods" have rolled a crit on him. Big time! Jim has done so much for the gamers of the world, would it hurt to give a little back? Whatever the amount every penny helps. I am so tired of late seeing legends in different hobbies passing away, when people can actually do something to help prevent it. I don't want to see this happen to Jim, so please look into your mind if you ever played a game Jim wrote or designed, think of your favorite character, all the good memories and try to help out here. If you ever played a cleric you understand healing and how much it can cost (real life is more though reality bites). If you have ever played a ranger, just once instead of planting a new grove dig into your coin purse and help Jim out, if you played a thief dig into someone else's coin purse and help Jim out (JK!!! NO stealing allowed)!!!! If you have ever played a fighter, you would realize eventually everyone gets hurt, and it's your job to protect them (when your not the hurt one) So give your henchman a break and lighten the load, Jim is more than worth it If you have ever played a great wizard see if you can put off buying some new components for a bit and help our own. Just so you know I am discussing real world money not in game currency. If you have not played any of Jim's great games, or are just not a gamer, but a decent human being who wants to help a fellow out, believe me I promise you, this Gentlemen's Gentleman is indeed worthy of your consideration, and I ask from the bottom of my heart for your help and assistance in this endeavor. The instruction are in the link at the top, Please Please! Help Jim out. He and his will most certainly appreciate it. Also if some of you have a hard time with these funding services, I will try to get through to Jim and see if he can sign some of your game stuff in return for a remittance towards helping him get better. If you have this issue drop me a line and I will try to get a message to Jim. Thank you so ever much! Many crits to you and yours. God bless you all!
