Dear Friends and Friends, I have yet to meet,
I lost my mother to cancer when she was only 63-years old. When I was asked to be a part of this fundraiser I jumped at the chance to work to make a difference in the lives of the people affected deadly disease and their families.
I hope you can join the rest of the organizers who are putting together this event and me.
I would love to see you, Sunday, October 30th at 6:00 pm at The Spice and Tea Exchange for a Pink Party benefiting making strides against breast cancer, The American Cancer Society.
Come wearing PINK!
Personnel Plus will be donating one 8 hour day of labor to the person who wins the of the Prettiest Pink Outfit challenge. Get those outside or inside projects done with a day of labor!
Other great prizes are being donated by Rodan Fields, Zumba Alaska, Ignite AK Advertising and don't miss the wonderful samples at the event from The Alaska Spice and Tea Exchange. And many,many more!
Music complements of Janie Lidey. Janie will be selling her books and CD's at the event and will be donating a portion of the sales to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
Appetizers provided by Waffles and What Not. The owner, Derrick Green, lost his wife to the deadly disease and is donating all his time to prepare food for the event.
We ask for only a $20.00 donation with all the proceeds going to Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at the American Cancer Society.
Or what ever amount you can afford. Every little bit adds up when everyone pitches in!
