My name is Jennifer and I am a single mom that works in Mental Healthcare.  Everyday I see people struggle to live, and everyday I see someone that has much more of a struggle then me.  I barely get by sometimes but the clients that I see, at my job struggle much more.  I don't have much to give but yet I do!  I am surrounded by a community of friends that share the same passion as I do.  To help those in need.  Please support Kansas City Heroes!  We never know the talent, the leadership or the true to heart of the people that we pass by or pretend we didn't hear.  I am Jennifer C.
