Help me get back on my feet

I am in serious debt due to school loans, credit cards, doctor's bills, etc. I couldn't afford a $5 prescription the other day for a medicine I cannot go without. I haven't ate in 2 days because I have no money for groceries. What money I can spare, goes to feed my dogs, they are the only reason I am alive. My parents won't help me. I've tried to be strong and go about this on my own, but I need help. After attempting suicide the other day because of this issue, I need to set aside my pride and ask for help. Any amount, small or large, helps. I'm just trying to get back on my feet and keep my dogs happy. Thanks.
