Vincent Altebrando was a teacher and wrestling coach at Walt Whitman High school. Coach Altebrando was a mentor, friend, motivator and a role model for many students. The South Huntington Community will miss him greatly.

Either way, his dedication to Whitman wrestlers was visible. He is loved. He is missed, but will remain in our hearts forever.
More importantly, he was a husband and father. He leaves behind his wife and 4 beautiful daughters. Let’s honor Coach and ease the financial burden that comes with losing someone so suddenly.
