On June 14, 2017 Christian Ericks, age 46, unexpectedly passed away. Chris left behind two beautiful daughters who were the pride and joy of his life; Victoria age 13, and Ava age 10.  Chris was a loving and devoted father and had just recently retired from the Lansing Michigan Fire Department.  He was captain of No. 4 Firestation. During his tenure as a Firefighter/
Paramedic Chris saved countless lives throughout his 25 year career.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and the untimely death of Chris, there is no support or college fund for his daughters.  Additionally Firefighters & Policemen do not participate in the social security system so Chris's children are not entitled to social security or any portion of his firefighter's pension.

We pray that you can touch the lives of these young girls in the way that Chris positively impacted the lives of so many.  Your support will make a huge difference in the lives of two beautiful children who are left without a father.
