Hello Friends


Let me first start off by saying this is the the real Bobby and not a spam message . I'm not going to curse you, promise you a great fortune, or the key to winning the Powerball (I lost) if you don't forward this to 10 friends. There is no obligation to read this message any further unless you are curious enough to do so. I don't usually express my feelings publicly and normally laugh off those that do. I would like to say I am extremely fortunate for all that I have in my life. For my wife, our two wonderful boys Noah and Eli, numerous family/friends, the company I work for, and all the things that God has blessed me with. I don't always remember this everyday and even when I see others struggle that reality doesnt always register. Ever since Noah and Eli have come into our lives I have been filled with the emotions that I want to leave the world as a better place for them. As of today I don't know how to do that yet. I do know that helping others feels right regardless of the reasons you do it.

For the last 7 years I have been fortunate enough to work at a  company that as spent countless time and $ in helping me develop in my professional success but also equally into my personal growth.  One of the greatest gifts that they offer is that every year we shut down for a few days and attend our company summit to not just celebrate our successes from the year but as an investment into the continued growth of each employees lives.  Every year we also choose a charity where we focus our efforts into giving back.  In the past we have worked on building houses with Habitat for Humanity, packed care packages for families in underpriveledged countries, and countless other charities.  This year we are working to collect money for the LA Regional Food Bank (https://www.lafoodbank.org/)
 
Thank you in advance to those of you that donate.  Its also ok if you arent able to donate.  I'd appreciate if you could pass the message to friends and family that might be willing to help along.   Or at the very least, lets inspire each other to help out someone just because what ever the reason you do it.  It just feels good to help someone out.

To help raise money my pledge is to ride my bike at least 50 miles between 8/25 -9/6. You can donate amount of your choosing or pledge per mile that I ride.
