Help save Jillian's life

Hi social media, my name is Destiny Stevenson and I am trying to raise as much awareness and funds to help my dear friend Jillian Di Bernardo and save her life.

Jill is the most wonderful, kindest, loving, beautiful 27 year old young woman who has been diagnosed with a hereditary disease, about 5 years ago. This disease is called hereditary hemmoragic telangiectasia (HHT). It has had a huge effect on the health of her family, especially her mother and herself who both are currently suffering severely from this. 

  Jill is a fighter and she has been fighting this battle behind closed doors as she has kept this very close to her heart and private, until recently.
jill was told that she needs a liver transplant ASAP.
she is now reaching out to social media in any hopes of finding a suitable live donor. 
 
  Because of her and her mothers illnesses they both have been unable to work. Jill is the most incredible talented professional hair stylist who has won some very prestigious awards that has earned her a name for herself in the London area.
  It saddens me deeply to see my good friend in the state of health that she is in.
 
This is where I am begging you all to please take the time to help support Jill and her family anyway you can. 

Jill is the type of person who would never ask for help even if she really needs to, so I am doing it for her. Jill is fighting for her life right now and the last thing she should be worrying about is any financial burdens. 
Not to long ago Jill was going through a new experimental treatment in hopes of curing her and those treatments were not cheap. $2500 each treatment to be exact and she had to get 1 treatment every other week for weeks on end, so you can imagine how quickly that added up. Jill wasn't even able to attend her own destination wedding in the Dominican as she was to sick to travel. She has been off work for months now and relies solely on the income of her very supportive and hard working husband Zach. But things are getting harder and harder each and every day.

 I love Jill, and she really is a one of a kind person, and probably the most appreciative person I know. Please help me support this beautiful woman in any way you can. Every single cent counts and every dollar will be going straight to Jill.
