The trauma, overwhelming stress and financial hardship over the past two years has now taken its toll further than I could have ever imagined. I have not been able to enjoy anything in a very long time, and going through the days as if simply going through the motions. I am, this week getting inpatient treatment for the enormous stress and anxiety due to the extended process and procedures—as I have been representing myself (pro se) this entire time! We became homeless, were ostracized from our family and friends, and had endured a traumatic experience at the hands of Veterans Affairs. We need your help!
Being a 100% service-connected disabled veteran, I was commuting 7 to 8 hours a day, which aggravated my SC condition, ended up in the hospital, twice! Reasonable accommodation request was “Administratively Closed” with NOTHING done on it.
I am asking for financial help to properly bring my case against the Secretary of Department of Veterans Affairs, defendant, in U.S. District Court.
This case has included, during the past two years, the involvement of Congressional inquiry, Office of Inspector General, Office of Special Counsel, White House Whistleblower Unit, EEOC, and Office of Resolution Management...a very lengthy and trying process.
My family and I have endured extreme hardships to include homelessness due to the deliberate discrimination and negligence by the Department of Veterans Affairs while in their employment...This MUST NOT STAND!! Please help by donating now...there are less than 120 days for V.A. to respond to me before we are in Court. Please help me.
