Vet bills for darling Deb

Last week, my dear friend Allie’s gorgeous, sassy cat, Deborah, got into some lilies and got very sick. Her kidneys shut down and she needed to be hospitalized. They’ve flushed her system with fluids and she’s looking like she’s going to be okay, but she will have spent 3 nights at the emergency vet and the total bill will end up creeping towards $4500. 

Needless to say, this is a hard time for all of usright now, especially those freelance artists who are suddenly without contracts for the foreseeable future. This was a surprise expense and one that couldn’t have come at a worse time. 

I know it’s hard out there for all of us, pals, but if you’re able to send some dollahs this way for a beautiful soul and her dynamo feline, it would go a long way.
